If you are looking for safe port and secure moorage, we have an ideal place for you - the island of Mrcara in Lastovo archipelago. The dock is 50 meters long and 6m deep and the water is sufficient to provide secure moorage. The cove is sheltered from all weather conditions except the stormy south wind (Sirocco) in which case the cave on the opposite side would be a better choice to stay. Mooring is free for our guests who are coming for lunch or supper.
In case there is no free space for mooring on the dock, you can moor in the passage between Mrcara and Rutvenjak. For those who are feeling more comfortable staying on their boat, we offer food delivery.
Between 15.9 and 15.6.( post season ), boaters who have supper or lunch and using our sleeping accommodation get discount of 10% off food and drinks the next day.
We serve food in our restaurant. The menu is often mainly fish, young goat meat but also all kinds of other types of meat, crabs and shell fish. Food is prepared fresh daily in the traditional way : under lid (peka), on the grill (gradele) and on a roasting-spit (razanj).We recommend trying the home speciality : whole fish on a roasting-spit, an exclusive dish anywhere. There is a large assortment of drinks served: homemade and bottled red and white wines, beer, juice, soft drinks, and special homemade brandies: travarica (herb brandy), loza (grappa), orahovica (walnut brandy). You are allowed to bring your own drinks in the restaurant.
*Boat excursions or groups - a meat or fish lunch package is available to order.
*Minimum number is four persons.
*Notify us of your arrival by phone for certain days ( mention a name of ship and number of persons ).
